In this Self Care Immersion workshop, experience how the vibrations and overtones from these therapeutic grade singing bowls bring about relaxation and an overall state of well–being. You’ll feel the vibrations and learn first hand, how you can add this form of self-care to your personal wellness practice.

No Experience Required.
Retreat starts at 6 pm on Thursday, September 21st thru Sunday, September 24th at 10 am. The retreat will be held at Camp YKoda in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Cost is $525 includes three nights lodging. Participants must also participate in the meal plan for an additional cost of $100 (7 meals)
